Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we maintain strict quality standards.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged or leaked

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is recommended for claims

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used perfumes

  • Products without original packaging
